1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tensionনাই (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including students, instructors, and visitors.

2. Account Responsibilities

When creating a student or instructor account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

2.1 Account Sharing Restrictions & Device Limits

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Tensionনাই employs advanced device monitoring and fingerprinting technology to ensure academic integrity and secure our instructors' intellectual property. Your account is limited to a reasonable number of authorized devices.

2.2 Flagged Account Policy

If our security systems detect simultaneous logins from unauthorized locations, excessive device switching, or patterns indicative of credential sharing, your account will be automatically flagged. Flagged accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated without refund at the discretion of the administration.

3. Content Ownership & Prohibited Activities

All video lectures, PDF notes, previous questions, exam suggestions, and solved answers provided on Tensionনাই are the intellectual property of their respective instructors or the platform.

• You may not download, record, rip, or otherwise attempt to save video content offline unless explicitly permitted by the UI.
• You may not distribute, sell, or share downloaded PDF content or screenshots of paid materials.
• Scraping, unauthorized API access, or reverse-engineering platform security is strictly prohibited.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors operating on Tensionনাই must ensure their content is accurate, original, and adheres to our quality guidelines. Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant Tensionনাই a license to host, distribute, and monetize it on their behalf.

4.1 Instructor Payouts

Instructors are restricted to maintaining exactly one approved payout method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank). Payout requests are processed subject to review. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or severe student disputes.

5. Payment Terms

Tensionনাই offers course purchases and batch subscriptions. Payments may be processed automatically via gateways or manually through verified agent numbers. For manual payments, access is strictly contingent upon successful verification by our administrative team. False payment claims may result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tensionনাই provides educational resources "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding academic performance, exam results, or university grading. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.

7. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
