Cancellation & Refund Policy

These policies may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TensionNai constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

1. Refund Eligibility

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase/payment approval.
  2. Requests submitted after 12 hours are not eligible for refund consideration.
  3. A valid and reasonable explanation must be provided with every refund request.

Examples of valid reasons:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Incorrect payment verification
  • Technical issue preventing access
  • Accidental purchase (subject to review)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer interested in the course
  • Found another course elsewhere
  • Lack of time to study
  • Failure to use the purchased content
  • Personal preference changes

3. Content Consumption Rule

Refunds may be denied if significant course content has already been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or consumed.

4. Refund Review

All refund requests are reviewed manually by TensionNai. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The actual time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment method.

6. Platform Rights

TensionNai reserves the right to reject refund requests that:

  • Violate platform policies
  • Appear fraudulent
  • Abuse the refund system
  • Do not provide a valid reason
